LOAN FEATURES

  • Minimum tenure: 5 years.
  • Maximum tenure: 35 years or not more than 70 years old at the end of the loan period, whichever is earlier;
  • If the loan is under two (2) generations, the financing period may refer to the age of the child; and Cannot exceed the existing BSN MyHome loan period.
  • Loan margin up to 90% + 5% (FEC *) over current market value (CMV).

  • A copy of NRIC;
  • Copy of Sale and Purchase Agreement; or
  • Previous Letter of Offer from BSN (if applicable); and
  • Copy of Evaluation Report from panel valuer registered with the Bank (Compulsory)
  • Pay Slip - original copy and latest one (1) month; and
  • Latest 1 month Bank Statement; or
  • Latest EPF Statement
  • Pay Slip - original copy and latest three (3) months copies; and
  • Latest 3 months Bank Statement; or
  • Latest EPF Statement (if applicable)
  • Latest 6 months Bank Statement;
  • B/BE Form together with LHDN Receipt;
  • Business Registration Certificate (SSM); and
  • Form 24, Form 44 & Form 49
