OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) UPDATE REQUIRED

Dear valued customers,

To continue enjoying secure and seamless access to the myBSN Mobile App and BSNeBiz Mobile App, we kindly advise all users to update their device’s Operating System (OS) to the latest version.

Effective 1 October 2025, only these OS versions will be supported:

myBSN Mobile App

  • iOS: version 15 and above
  • Android: version 11 and above
  • EMUI: version 12.0.1 and above

BSNeBiz Mobile App

  • iOS: version 15 and above
  • Android: version 11 and above
  • EMUI: version 12.0.1 and above

Why this update matters:
Mobile apps rely on your phone’s OS to ensure stronger security, smoother performance, and protection from evolving cyber threats. Older OS versions may no longer receive security updates from Apple, Android, or Huawei—making them more vulnerable to fraud, malware, or service disruptions.
