TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, vouchers or loyalty/privilege cards, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Promotion is valid for BSN Credit Cardmembers and their spouse only. It is not applicable to attendees with friends, cousins, colleagues, or any non-related persons.
  3. Promotion is open to Malaysians aged 35–65 years, whether married or single. Married couples must attend together to complete the tests on the same day. The promotion is non-transferable, and attendance alone will not be accepted. Single or unmarried participants may attend alone upon RSVP.
  4. RSVP is required a minimum of three (3) days in advance. All redemptions are strictly by appointment only and walk‑ins will not be permitted. Each RSVP form allows a maximum of two (2) persons per redemption, per credit card.
  5. A minimum stay of 150 minutes (2.5 hours) is required to complete all tests for two (2) persons. Test results will be provided within this timeframe.
  6. A minimum fasting period of six (6) hours is required.
  7. Valid for one (1) time purchase at RM688 only, per BSN Principal Credit Card, per family. However, there is no purchase limit for the RM2,000 package for two (2) persons.
  8. The purchase of the RM688 offer package is strictly non refundable and non transferable.
  9. The test value is not exchangeable for cash, and the offer(s) are valid for DANAI new customers only. The management reserves the right to alter, cease, or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  10. The complimentary stay voucher must be redeemed on a separate date and cannot be redeemed on or for the Health & Wellness Wonderland check‑up date.
  11. The Health & Wellness check ups and clinic selection must correspond to the customer’s permanent residency location. For example, a Kuala Lumpur resident may not select a clinic in Penang, and vice versa (refer to T&C No. 10).
