TRANSITION FROM SMS ALERTS TO PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Dear valued cardmembers,

Effective 1 October 2025, BSN will transition from SMS alerts to push notifications via myBSN Mobile App.

If you have not yet registered for the myBSN Mobile App, please click here for the step-by-step guide to complete your registration.

To enable the push notification, please follow the steps below:

Download the myBSN Mobile App from the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.
Enable notifications in your device settings for the myBSN Mobile App.
