Following an employee at the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) Melaka who has been diagnosed COVID-19 positive, UTC Melaka is closed for sanitisation process on 15 January 2021. Hence, BSN Branch is also closed temporarily as below:

However, BSN’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) at UTC Melaka will resume its operation on 16 January 2021 (Saturday).

Cash withdrawals can also be made at any MEPS ATMs, whereby RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawal transactions at all ATMs is waived for the time being.
