TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF BSN BRANCHES
Dear Sir/Madam,
Following our employees’ contact with individuals who have been diagnosed COVID-19 positive at BSN Jengka Islamic Banking Branch in Pahang and BSN Jalan Sentul Branch in Kuala Lumpur, these branches will be closed on 25 January 2021 (Monday) until 7 February 2021 (Sunday) for sanitisation process.

However, the Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) will operate as usual.
Customers are encouraged to use internet banking myBSN for your banking needs.
Cash withdrawals can also be made at any MEPS ATMs, whereby RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawal transactions at all ATMs is waived for the time being.
