Following our employees’ contact with individuals who have been diagnosed COVID-19 positive at BSN Bandar Baru Air Itam Branch in Pulau Pinang, this branch will be closed on 6 April 2021 (Tuesday) until 19 April 2021 (Monday) for sanitisation process.

However, the Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) at this branch will operate as usual.

Cash withdrawals can also be made at any MEPS ATMs, whereby RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawal transactions at all ATMs is waived for the time being.
