To avoid any hiccups, try to complete your important transactions before the maintenance starts. Once it is done, your card will be ready to use as usual.

CREDIT CARD

Yes, you can. Most services will continue as usual, only certain services as highlighted in the table above will be affected.

To be safe, we recommend completing any urgent transactions before the maintenance begins.

No, it will not be impacted. BSN Credit Card transactions at Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals will continue as normal. You can still make your purchases with confidence.

You can still shop online with your BSN Credit Card but only for transactions that do not require a 6-digit PIN (BOSS Code) sent via SMS.

Any online purchase that needs BOSS Code verification will be temporarily unavailable while the maintenance is happening.

Once everything’s back up, you will be able to make all your usual online purchases again.

We are sorry, but ATM and CDM services will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period. If you need to withdraw or transfer funds, please plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience during the maintenance period. 

To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to complete your essential transactions before 24 October 2025. That way, your banking plans can go on smoothly. 

Yes, we will make sure you are informed in advance through our official BSN channels, including:
