PHISHING SCAMS USING BSN INFORMATION

Dear valued customers,

We would like to remind you to stay vigilant to the recent scam involving telephone calls, SMS messages or emails purportedly from BSN requesting your account information.

Please be reminded of the followings:

  1. DO NOT reveal your personal financial information of your bank account/ credit/ debit card to any unknown parties.
  2. BSN will not request customers to provide sensitive personal information through telephone calls, SMS messages or emails.
  3. If you have any doubt about the identity of the caller, telephone number or email, please call BSN Contact Centre at 1300-88-1900 for verification.

Customers are urged to promptly report illegal or suspicious transactions to the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) by dialing 997.
