Our toll-free numbers will no longer be in service starting 1 January 2026. To avoid any disruption, we encourage you to update your records with our new fixed line numbers before this date. Don’t worry, we’ll continue to be just a phone call away whenever you need us.

We’re making this change to keep your experience better and safer. Many financial institutions in Malaysia are moving from toll-free to fixed line numbers as part of industry best practices. Fixed lines are more stable, easier to manage, and more secure. This also lets us improve our support systems, so your calls are handled faster and more consistently.

At the heart of it, our goal is simple: to make sure reaching us is always reliable, secure, and convenient for you.

Yes, calls to fixed line numbers are subject to your provider’s rates. The good news is that most mobile service providers today include free or unlimited calls to fixed lines in their plans, so you may not see any extra charges at all.

If you’re calling from a landline, rates may differ depending on your package. To give yourself peace of mind, you can check directly with your provider. That way, you’ll always know what to expect.

Yes, absolutely. Customers outside Malaysia can still call our fixed line numbers without any issue. International call charges will apply according to your provider’s rates.

Wherever you are in the world, our lines will remain open to support you because we want you to feel connected to BSN at all times.

We’ll be giving everyone time to adjust. From 1 October to 31 December 2025, both the toll-free and fixed line numbers will work. This way, you’ll have a smooth transition period to update your records.

Starting 1 January 2026, the toll-free numbers will be permanently discontinued. After that, you’ll reach us through our fixed line numbers only. This change is part of our ongoing effort to improve service quality and follow the latest banking industry standards, always with your convenience in mind.
