Financial fraud and scams remain a significant concern to the banking industry, given the increasing trend and sophistication of financial fraud and scam modus operandi.

BSN customers are advised to be aware and stay vigilant to protect their banking accounts against misappropriation or misuse by fraudsters.

In any circumstance or suspicion that the customer's account may be involved or implicated with any financial fraud and scam, the account might be suspended for further review and investigation. Customers may be at risk of being investigated by the relevant law enforcement agencies, which could lead to account freezing, seizing, forfeiture, and prosecution for facilitating criminal activities.
