BSNSECURE FOR MYBSN INTERNET BANKING
Dear valued customers,
A new security application for myBSN Internet Banking transactions authorisation will be launching soon and made available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.
Beginning 1 July 2023, transactions performed through myBSN Internet Banking, including FPX, would require authentication via BSNSecure. The use of SMS OTP/TAC will permanently cease effective 1 July 2023.
This is a part of our ongoing effort to combat financial scams and frauds relating to SMS OTP/TAC, in line with regulatory requirement and best practices.
Customers are required to update their respective devices to the latest version in order to download and register BSNSecure application as per below:

Important Note: Upon successful BSNSecure registration, customers can only perform myBSN Internet Banking after 12 hours (Cooling-off Period). This is to provide enhanced protection for customers in our effort to prevent unauthorised transactions.
