- Eligible for:
- Malaysian Government employees serving under any Ministry, Department, Statutory Bodies or Agencies
- Employees of Government-Linked Companies (GLC) / Government-Linked Investment Companies (GLIC)
- Minimum income: RM24,000 p.a. / RM2,000 per month
- Minimum Age:
- Principal Card - 21 years old
- Supplementary Card - 18 years old
