We would like to inform that our BSN Customer Contact Centre is receiving a high number of calls during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
However, we always strive to ensure that every call is answered and we apologize if you have to wait longer due to the lack of staff capacity due to the Movement Control Order (MCO).
The operating hours of the BSN Customer Contact Center are as follows:
- 7.00 am to 12.00 am: For all types of BSN products and services.
- 12.00 pm to 7.00 am: For calls involving loss/theft of debit/credit cards and overseas card usage assistance.
