PROGRAM PERIOD

1 April 2026 - 31 December 2026

Eligibility & Criteria

Only applicable for BSN Home Financing product;
Referrals must register as a participants obtain from BSN main branch;
Referrals must be made through the online Refer And Reward program of the sales staff of developers, real estate negotiator (REN) of real estate agent (REA) and solicitors referral platform;
Reward payment shall only be processed after BSN has issued the Letter of Instruction (LOI) to the appointed solicitors. All financing approvals remain subject at all times to BSN’s internal assessment, credit evaluation, and sole discretion;
All Referrer and Potential Customer shall abide to the BSN's Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program attached to the rewards, and the Terms and Conditions for BSN's housing financing products, if any.

NOTE:
