IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Beginning 1 July 2023, transactions performed through myBSN Internet Banking, including FPX, would require authentication via BSNSecure. The use of SMS OTP/TAC will permanently cease effective 1 July 2023.
This is a part of our ongoing effort to combat financial scams and frauds relating to SMS OTP/TAC, in line with the regulatory requirement and best practices.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Upon successful BSNSecure registration, customers can only perform myBSN Internet Banking transactions after 12 hours (Cooling-off Period).
- This is to provide enhanced protection for customers in our effort to prevent unauthorised transactions.
BSNSecure is an enhanced online security feature for myBSN Internet Banking.
The BSNSecure Application allows you to authorise your myBSN Internet Banking transactions safely and seamlessly through your registered mobile device.
Once you have registered and activated the BSNSecure Application as a mode of authorisation, this will be the default method to approve ALL your myBSN Internet Banking transactions, replacing the SMS TAC that will be ceased effective 1 July 2023.

HOW TO REGISTER BSNSecure APPLICATION? (Registration & Activation)
Here are the simple steps for you to complete the BSNSecure Application registration.
Launch the application upon successful downloaded and tap on “Register Now” button.
Proceed to enter myBSN Internet Banking Username and Password.
Insert Device Name, ID number & click Submit to confirm.
- Device Name/Phone Model: (Example: iPhone 14 Pro/ Galaxy S23 Ultra/ Huawei P60 Pro).
- ID Number/Identification Card Number: (Example: 95131314***).
Insert SMS OTP for validation to proceed with Activation.
Upon successful registration and activation, an acknowledgement screen will be shown to you on the BSNSecure Application.
