    Shariah Concept

    The Shariah concept used is Tawarruq (Commodity Murabahah) which consists of two sale and purchase contracts. The first involves the sale of an asset by a seller to a purchaser on a deferred basis. Subsequently, the purchaser of the first sale will sell the same asset to a third party on a cash and spot basis.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES (LPC) 

Late Payment Charges will be charged based on Ta’widh (Compensation).

During financing PeriodLate Payment Charges (LPC) of 1% per annum will be imposed on the overdue monthly instalment payment in the event you fail to pay any monthly instalment within the stipulated period from the first disbursement of the financing until its maturity date.
After the completion of financing periodPrevailing daily overnight Islamic Interbank Money Market (IIMM) rate will be charged for failure to pay the total outstanding balance after maturity or upon judgment obtained, whichever earlier.
