BSN is proud to be the strategic partner for Anak Sarawak International Half Marathon (ASIHM21) organised by the Sarawak Volunteers. Held at Jalan Ampang on the 3rd of February 2024, overlooking the iconic KLCC and the Malaysian Rubber Board, the event drew over 7,000 enthusiastic participants from various countries, including Spain, Germany, South Korea, and Singapore.

Three running categories for this event: 6km, 11km and 21km involved two major highways, the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) and the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), which were closed from 7pm to 12am. The event was officiated by the Deputy Prime Minister, YAB Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah Yusof at a press conference held on 24 January 2024, attended by the Chief Executive of BSN, Encik Jay Khairil, along with other sponsors.

BSN's participation in ASIHM21 embodied our 50th-anniversary theme, 'Mendukung Aspirasi, Merentasi Generasi'. We believe in supporting healthy lifestyles and fostering community spirit, values that resonated with the thousands of participants who crossed the finish line.
