Print the  facility limit Increase Application Form.

Step 2:

Complete the form and attach the required income documents stated below.

Step 3:

Submit the completed form and income documents via email to: cardservices@bsn.com.my

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Latest 1 month salary slip, or
  • Latest EA form, or
  • Latest BE form with LHDN receipt or proof of tax paid, or
  • Latest EPF Statement
  • Latest B form with LHDN receipt or proof of tax paid
  • CP58 Form, or
  • Latest 6 months' commission statements

NOTE:

  • Latest 6 months' income documents are required for variable income earners.
  • All applications are subject to BSN's Credit Card Terms & Conditions and credit evaluation.
