  • Financing Tenure: Up to 20 years or 65 years old upon completion (whichever comes first).
  • Margin of Finance shall be as follows:
    • For Salaried Applicant: Up to 80% + 5% (MRTT) from purchase price.
  • Minimum income:
    • Fixed Income Earner: RM5,000
    • Self Employed : RM10,000
  • Applicable at all BSN Main Branches nationwide.
  • Convenient payment channels via:
    • Over-the-counter at all BSN Branches nationwide.
    • Standing Instructions / Savings Account.
    • Interbank GIRO (IBG).
    • Internet Banking.

  • Salary slip - original copy and latest 3 months salary slip
  • Latest Bank Account Statement where the salary is credited
  • Employment Confirmation Letter; and
  • Latest EPF Statement or BE Form or any other income documents acceptable to BSN
  • Others:
    • Copy of Sale & Purchase Agreement; and
    • Property Pictures (wherever applicable)
  • Photocopy of MyKad
  • Business Registration (SSM) / Certified True Copy Form 9, Form 24 and Form 49
  • Latest B Form with the Tax Receipt; and
  • Latest six (6) months Bank Account Statement
  • Others:
    • Copy of Sale & Purchase Agreement; and
    • Property Pictures (wherever applicable)

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES (LPC) 

Late Payment Charges will be charged based on Ta’widh (Compensation).

During financing PeriodLate Payment Charges (LPC) of 1% per annum will be imposed on the overdue monthly instalment payment in the event you fail to pay any monthly instalment within the stipulated period from the first disbursement of the financing until its maturity date.
After the completion of financing periodPrevailing daily overnight Islamic Interbank Money Market (IIMM) rate will be charged for failure to pay the total outstanding balance after maturity or upon judgment obtained, whichever earlier.

FEES & CHARGES

  • EARLY SETTLEMENT
    You may settle your financing at any time by submitting a written notice to the Bank.
  • STAMP DUTY
    Principal Documents - Will be charged on ad valorem basis.
    Other Documents - RM10.00
