  • Preview time : 2 hours before auction.
  • Prospective bidders may perform independent inspection.
  • All listed vehicles are auctioned on "As is Where is Basis".
  • All intending bidders are advised to inspect the conditions of the vehicles & perform their own JPJ & PDRM search before the Auction.
  • A deposit of RM1,000 & a premium of RM600 are required per vehicle by cash, credit card (Visa / Master) or bank draft.
  • Compulsory for the successful bidder to pay 5% auction deposit of the Selling Price to auctioneer for all assets / vehicles on and above RM100,000.00 successfully bid / purchase (if applicable).
  • The purchaser shall pay the balance of purchase price in full to the BSN within 10 days from purchase date.
  • The auction deposit shall be forfeited if the balance purchase price is not paid within the prescribed.
