Dr. Mohd Fuad bin Md Sawari is currently an Assistant Professor at Department of Fiqh & Usul al-Fiqh, Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences (IRKHS), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He obtained his first degree in Shariah from the Faculty of Shariah, Islamic Academy, University of Malaya; M.A. in Fiqh & Usul al-Fiqh from the Faculty of Shariah, University of Jordan, Amman, and next Ph. D. in Fiqh & Usul al-Fiqh from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He is now Coordinator, Diploma in Islamic Revealed Knowledge, IIUM. He is also one of the Committee Members of International Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance, IIUM and member of Shariah Advisory Board, Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. His research interests are Islamic Law of Contract, Takaful, Islamic Legal Maxim, Electronic Commerce, and Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Usul Fiqh).

Dr. Fauziah Binti Mohd Noor is currently a lecturer and Associate Professor at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia. She obtained her first degree in Shariah, Faculty of Syariah, Islamic Academy University of Malaya. Then she obtained her Master in Law (LLM), School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and next Ph. D. at University of Birmingham (Agricultural Law; A Comparative Studies between Islamic Agricultural Law and the Malaysian Law, with special reference to paddy cultivation in Malaysia). She is now Consultant, Land Tenure and Environmental Management Unit (LATEM), Law Center, IIUM. Her areas of interest are Islamic Law of Transactions, Islamic Jurisprudence, Islamic Family Law, Agricultural and Land Law, and Water Law.

Encik Ramawan Bin Ab. Rahman is currently a lecturer at Centre of Islamic Theories and Understanding in Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam. He obtained B.A (Hons) Usuluddin and Economy at University of Malaya and next M. Phil in Islamic Economy. He is now Deputy Nazir, Masjid Proton, Shah Alam. His areas of interest are Islamic Economy, Islamic Finance, Islamic Entrepreneurship, Islamic Civilization, and Contemporary Islamic Ideologies.

Encik Zainudin Bin Ismail is currently a lecturer at Islamic Law, Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Law, IIUM. He obtained B.A (Hons) Shariah at Al Azhar Universiti, Egypt. Next, he received Master of Comparative Law at IIUM. His areas of interest are Islamic Commercial Law, Islamic Banking and Finance, Islamic Insurance (Takaful), Islamic Capital Market, Islamic Legal Maxims, and Islamic Legal Theory.
