Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead and manage the business directions and operational activities of the department in order to ensure strategic and financial objectives of the Bank are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Information Technology. Those with MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 10 years experience in financial institution with at least 5 years in managerial capacity and Islamic product exposure.
  • Possess strong leadership quality, dynamic, innovative and result-driven.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
   
 

Executive, Contact Centre

Main Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to ensure prompt actions taken against all delinquent / NPL accounts.
  • Prepare and monitor periodic reports on all delinquent / NPL accounts.
  • Ensure timely updates on work progress, call tracking and customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer issues are attended in a timely and proper manner.
  • Follow up to ensure completion of recovery within specified performance parameters.
  • Attend to queries and requests from customers on documentation and other outstanding credit related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with BNM regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • SPM / STPM holders with working experience in collection (from collection agency / banks)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare project papers, management committee papers and undertake research on quality programmes and activities to be implemented throughout the Bank.
  • To clearly identify critical business issues, make proposals for enhancement and implement approved proposals according to deadlines.
  • To lead, manage, drive and monitor quality programmes and activities set by the department.
  • To coordinate and develop relationships with divisions, departments and branches to implement quality programmes.
  • To maintain and develop good relationship with regulatory bodies on current quality initiatives.
  • To be responsible in monitoring or developing Banking Quality Indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a 2nd Class Upper Degree in Business Administration from a reputable university.
  • Familiar with quality methodologies & experienced in the implementation of quality programs.
  • Familiar with ISO certification requirements.
  • Fast thinker, analytical and good problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to multi-task, work independently and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop effective standard operating procedures guidelines and work processes for banking products and services to be applied throughout the Bank’s extensive branch network.
  • To enhance existing procedures and work processes to ensure its continued effectiveness and relevance.
  • To play a key role in improving the quality of work processes without compromising on risk and compliance issues.
  • To be the coordinator or person-in-charge of resolving operational issues raised by branches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a 2nd Class Upper Degree in Finance / Banking / Business Administration from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years experience in organisation & methods or in branch banking operations.
  • Experience in handling and resolving branch operations issues.
  • Excellent skills in writing procedures and high quality research papers.
  • Excellent interpersonal with good presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and able to guide / direct branch operations.

Industrial Relations Officer                                                                                                 Return to title

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assist Head of Industrial Relations in developing, formulating and implementing the bank's Industrial Relations ( IR ) policies and procedures.
  • To draft show cause letters, charges, punishment letters, prosecution of Domestic Inquiry and internal consultation of disciplinary actions against employees.
  • To assist in discussion with the Union in all IR-related issues.
  • To conduct primary investigations and prepare investigation report for management's evaluation.
  • To conduct formal inquiry in the event of gross misconduct.
  • To investigate and escalate staff grievances to the appropriate channels.
  • To ensure adherence to all relevant employment-related legislations, HR policies and good practices in order to minimize business risks.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Human Resource Management / Law from reputable universities.
  • Diploma in Industrial Relations will have an added advantage.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in handling IR matters.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A positive team player who is detailed, organized, efficient and trustworthy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for application system / user support.
  • Responsible for developing cost analysis, design considerations, program coding, testing and system documentation ( technical specifications / user guide / operation guide ).
  • Lead users to implement new application and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for project coordination & planning to meet the target dates of projects and implementation of time-lines.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in software development.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must have analytical mind to provide good logical problem solving skills.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
